Helps to attenuate/reduce bone mineral density (BMD) loss in post-menopausal women when used in conjunction with adequate amounts of calcium and vitamin D. May reduce severe and frequent menopausal symptoms (such as hot flashes and/or night sweats).

Ingredients & Usage

Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule):
Soy Isoflavones Extract (Glycine max) (Non-GMO) (Standardized extract providing 40% total isoflavones) (79 mg AIE*) (20 mg AIE Genistein/Genistin)…200 mg

*AIE = Aglycone Isoflavone Equivalent

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, L-leucine, pullulan/ hypromellose (capsule).

Recommended Dose:
Adults: Take 1 capsule a day, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health care products.

For general menopausal symptoms or prophylactic purposes:
Daily dosages 30-100 mg AIE with a minimum of 15 mg AIE from genistein/genistin.

For bone mineral density loss: Daily dosages 75-125 mg AIE.
