Deglycyrrhizinated licorice (4.0:1.0)…200 mg

MSM…250 mg
Zinc L-carnosine (5.5 mg Zinc)…25 mg

Recommended Dose:
Take two (2) teaspoons mixed with liquid, three times a day or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. Take between meals or 20 minutes before meals, 3 times a day. Avoid taking at bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Additional Dosage Information: Dosage unit based on 1 teaspoon.
