GABA

Neurotransmitters are chemical messengers found throughout the central nervous and multiple organ systems. They help drive vital functions and one of their most important roles is in regulating mood. Gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), is the most important inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain.
