Description

DEPA is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids providing 180 mg of Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120 mg of Docosahexaenoic acid (DPA) per capsule.

Omega-3 fatty acids, which are found in flax and fish oils, have been displaced in the diet by a far greater intake of omega-6 fatty acids found in polyunsaturated oil. Supplementing with omega-3s helps to restore the essential fatty acid balance.
