Manganese (manganese citrate)…5 mg
Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs complex)…15 mcg
Vanadium (vanadyl sulfate)…25 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silica, cellulose Citrate/fumarate/malate/succinate/glutarate
Recommended Dose:
Take one capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
