Ingredients & Usage
Medicinal Ingredients (per softgel):
Fish Oil (Providing 300 mg EPA, 200 mg DHA) (Derived from a blend of: mackerel, sardine, anchovy)…980 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Gelatin, glycerin, water, contains 2% or less of natural lemon flavour, mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate.
Recommended Dose:
Children (up to 12 years of age): Take 1 softgel daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children (aged 13-18 years): Take 4 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Adults: Take 6 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
