Ingredients & Usage
Medicinal Ingredients (per tablet):
Soy isoflavone extract (Glycine max) standardized to 40 mg AIE of total isoflavones…100 mg
Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root & rhizome extract standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides…80 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose:
Menopausal and post-menopausal women take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.
